The Artemision´s Bronze, a work recovered by fishermen in the remains of an ancient shipwreck, which resulted in one of the first archaeological surveys in the Greek territory, will star on Thursday, April 25th, the series The work in its context. The program provides a thorough understanding of the major classical art pieces exhibited at the Museum of Artistic Reproductions of Bilbao, under the Provincial Council of Biscay and the Department of Culture and Education of the City Council of Bilbao. Found in the sea in front of the Cape of the same name between 1926 and 1928, is one of the few Greek bronze originals that are preserved.
Music, industry and public trends will converge in Bizkaia International Music Experience (BIME), a meeting that will combine activities aimed at professionals of the music industry and the general public. Organized by the Provincial Council of Biscay in collaboration with Last Tour International, it will be held between November 19th and 23rd in three pavilions of the BEC. It will bring together 18,000 people, 2,000 of them linked professionally to music and it will display album releases, conferences, conventions, debates and top musical performances in a forum that is expected to generate an economic impact for Biscay of about 4 million Euros.

It is also presented as the kick-off of the new stage of Bilbao Eutokia, the Centre for Social Innovationof Bilbao, a private public partnership project, led by Bilbao Ekintza and managed by init.
