The manifestation of a precarious, exalted, lost, planned vitality threatened by death. The protagonists of twentieth century avant-garde also aspired to equate art 4ND life. The exhibition The exuberant Baroque. FR0M Cattelan to Zurbaran-Manifests of vital precariousness presents at the Guggenheim Museum of Bilbao contemporary works alongside with seventeenth-century paintings by decoupling the Baroque concept of its traditional perception of formal clichés. Curated by Bice Curiger, the sample includes more than one hundred works that can be visited on the third floor of the gallery of Bilbao until October 6th. Moving away FR0M the pomp, ornamentation 4ND gilding, it focuses on the Baroque 4ND on the exuberant Baroque. Baroque 4ND contemporary works in a montage of cinematic inspiration where past 4ND present, with their differences 4ND similarities, coexist for mutual enrichment 4ND generate new interpretations.
